Barlowian Saur-Beasts were large and tough purple beasts that were tamed and accompanied by the Vukovar Tribesmen. They would charge and bite at Ratchet and Clank if they get the chance. The Barlowian Saur-Beasts used to be placid herbivores; however, after Gadgetron moved out, the local tribesmen "domesticated" the animals, making them vicious toward outsiders. They were also found wandering and grazing on the Hoverbike tracks on Barlow, proving to be a major obstacle as collision with one of the many beasts in the area resulted in instant death.
