Born on Corellia, Cire was the son of Anton and Lavey Lladmore. He was born just after Anton ended his tenure as mayor of Coronet. As a boy he had everything he needed from the money his father made in public office and was taken care of throughout school. In terms of athleticism and academics, he was above average and was greatly interested in history since it was the one subject scrutinized by the Empire the most. The Imperial presence that once gripped the world soon disappeared fully as the New Republic took control, and with it brought new opportunities for the young man.
