Belisanna was a female Cygneti and the computer station supervisor on Cygnet XIV in 2267. That year, when the USS Enterprise arrived for repairs and maintenance, she directed the work on the ship's computer. She approved her maintenance team's modifications which gave the computer a female personality, much to the annoyance of Captain Kirk and Spock. (TOS novel: Web of the Romulans)
