Benson Long is a criminal who appeared in Personal Day (episode). He had involvement in the death of Kurt Mitchell, the father of Luis "Mitch" Mitchell, which is later revealed to be in the same event that resulted in the deaths of Kelly Gibbs and Shannon Gibbs, the daughter and wife of then-USMC sniper Leroy Jethro Gibbs. He was ultimately arrested after NCIS extracted a confession via a faked poker chip board that was wired.
