Alexios V Komnenos-Manuelidis (Greek: Αλέξιος Εʹ Κομνηνός-Μανουηλίδης) was Emperor of the Komnenos-Manuelidis-Atlantean Empire in 1379 for around eight months. He was the third Diadochian emperor to not rule from Atlantis as the result of a split of the Diadochian Empire (historically known as the Atlantean Empire) into two warring states in 1367. He was one of the youngest emperors in the history of Diadochia, succeeding his father Theodore I at the age of eight.
