Phil Feldman was a producer of several large films including The Wild Bunch. Feldman graduated from Harvard Law School, served in World War II as a Naval code-breaker and worked as an attorney for several years before becoming business manager for Seven Arts, an independent company which later merged with Warner Bros. He was also the first agent for Francis Ford Coppola and gave Coppola an early break by producing his film, You're a Big Boy Now. Coppola selected Feldman as one of several non-professional actors to appear in the Senate Hearings sequence in The Godfather Part II.
