Poppy's West Club was a nightclub in Old Town, run by Poppy McKenna. Despite hating the Tattaglias, McKenna was forced to let Tony Jacobs run his counterfeiting racket in her basement when the Tattaglias made their move on Old Town. From this position, Jacobs also reported back to his boss, Don Samuele Tattaglia in Crazy Town. A police chief sometimes visited this club, that chief was none other than Jerry Finnigan himself. In 2011, Old Town was slowly taken over by the Corleone Family, and Poppy's West Club fell under the control of Charlie Trapani.
