Chinese bamboo saxophonist Fred Fu-Manchu loses a competition to Neddie, and swears to wreak revenge on Britain. As Bloodnok becomes his unwilling accomplice, he sets his sights on the last remaining metal saxophone, which is under the guardianship of Min and Henry.
