The Dine11 Delivery Boy only appeared in Big Food. Chowder called him so he could make a new look for big food. When Chowder got the food,he forgot to pay. Then the man said, "Hey pal,you're forgeting something." When Chowder said he has pretty eyes (Which is what he thought that he forgot) the delivery boy said, "Yes,yes I do.". It was shown that he did have pretty eyes.
