Raal was a coastal province on Vulcan that was located on the Voroth Sea. It was mentioned in "Falor's Journey". (VOY: "Innocence") The DS9 game Star Trek: Deep Space Nine - Dominion Wars features a Steamrunner-class starship called the USS Raal.
