The DT420 features a bound mahogany body and a set-in mahogany neck with a 22-fret bound rosewood fingerboard with block inlays. Components include dual Ibanez humbucking pickups with individual volume controls, a fixed bridge and tailpiece and gold Sure Grip III knobs. The DT520 is a similar model with a different bridge, tailpiece and pickups. The DT420 was discontinued after 2016.
