The Minor Clans Alliance Regulars were those members of the Minor Clan Alliance who journeyed to the Colonies, and where housed in a colorful building set in the west of the Military District of the Second City. These samurai were nicknamed the Minor Clan Irregulars, and in 1198 the samurai-ko Morito Tsuki was de facto leader.
