It is the 14th film in the MCU and the first film in The Sensational Spider-Man film series. The Studio hired Zak Penn to write the screenplay and Marc Webb and Joss Whedon to rewrite the script. Dylan O'Brien, Emma Watson, Henry Hopper, Jason Isaacs, Jeff Bridges, Glenn Close, Karen Gillan, J.K. Simmons, Jeffery Dean Morgen, Ben Foster, Nicholas Cage, Rachel Weisz, Liam Neeson, and Alexander Ludwig stars.
