Circus Vargas, the Big Top Giant, was created by Clifford E. Vargas in 1969. Roland Kaiser and Joe Muscarello took over Circus Vargas in 1989. As of 2005 it is owned by Nelson and Katya Quiroga as Tabares Entertainment, Inc. Circus Vargas begun as a three ring circus. Today it is a one ring circus. Circus Vargas is mainly a California circus. It's route is whithin the state California and is based in Lucerne Valley, California. The Tabares Family, owners of Circus Vargas, as best known for their trapeze skills. It was Mr. Vargas who first discoverd them while scouting for new acts in Argentina.
