Watchpoint: Grand Mesa is a former Overwatch base of operations located in a remote region of Colorado's Rocky Mountains. It was under guard by Helix Security International, whose personnel were unable to stop the infiltration of the base by an unknown person. While this resulted in the theft of valuable technology and prototypes - including a Heavy Pulse Rifle - no personnel were killed.
