Turbo Manager is main optimizer of the Base Manager. With no Turbo Manager Optimizations, applications would be three times slowers and four times bigger in memory. Turbo Manager even includes a logical-error-fixer, so application never get an unstoppable loop as Turbo Manager can detect it. It has been included with App Manager since 1986.
