The Interstellar News Service, or INS, was an interstellar news service. Its headquarters was in the Solarian League. Joan Huertes covered the feed of Honor Harrington's "execution" by the People's Republic of Haven for the network. (HH7, HH8) Due to its "accommodations" with the Havenite Office of Public Information, INS was not high in the Star Kingdom of Manticore's favor. (HH13)
