Shaper Adepts were members of the Shaper caste of the Yuuzhan Vong. Adepts would be often continue to work with their Masters after their escalation, until they themselves were escalated to Master Shaper. As they were escalated from Sharper Initiate to Sharper Adept, they were required to replace one, or both of their hands with Shaper Hands. However, Adepts Shaper Hands had five digits, instead of eight.
