Joseph Hacker (born September 2, 1944) played the part of Billy McCann in the Season 3 (episode #11) of Quantum Leap titled "Runaway". Among his many (over 50) TV and film roles, his most notable is perhaps the part of President Logan's Press Secretary during Season 4, and a the Cabinet Secretary, during Season 6 of the Fox TV seris 24. Joseph has also appeared in hundreds of television commercials, and has served as the national spokesperson for major corporations, such as Hills Bros. and Office Max.
