The Douglas Hurricane Center, or DHC for short, is a weather center that is located in Atlanta, Georgia. It covers storms all around the globe. It was founded in late December 2013, since then it has tracked tropical cyclones until the center filed for bankruptcy in September 29, 2015. On 9-30-15, Michelle then blew up the hurricane center, or what was left of it.
