Jack McCan is the proud son of a military father and received a degree in biology from Stanford. he has repeatedly declined officer candidate school to stay in the field and to remain a sergeant. An avid reader, he's never without a paperback tucked into his BDUs. He is the team's combat arm's specialist and microbiologist.McCan is then killed by a mutant sercurity the mutant decapitates him killing leaving behind his backpack.
