Legacy was the name of a black cat in Santa Teresa that Marina found in a dustbin, she heals its injuries using her legacy. Legacy and Marina grow fond of each other and the cat is often seen at Marina's feet. Legacy is present in the belfry when Marina is reunited with her chest and is subsequently lowered out of the window with the chest and a drugged Adelina when Marina fears she has been caught. Legacy is later adopted by Carlotta Ricardo, Héctor's mother after she has been healed of her Parkinson's disease. He is renamed Feo.
