Exceptionalism is a treatise on Hermetic Law by Craeus of Tytalus, written in 1014. The dissemination of the volume caused a great stir in Quaesitorial circles, as it was widely interpreted as a guidebook on how to cheat Hermetic Law by exploiting loopholes in the Code and by citing contrary precedents. A measure to censure Craeus in his home Tribunal of Normandy was brought up at the meeting of 1019, but Craeus defended the publication himself and using the techniques therefrom, defeated the resolution. The book is tractatus on Code of Hermes, written in Latin, with a quality of 11.
