Hideki Shizuka (秀樹静夏, Hideki Shizuka) is a shark Fishman that is a pirate and the chef of the Dragon Blade Pirates. He joined the crew after being defeated by Katsu and now the two are best friends, and are always competing to see who is the strongest. Being both the same age Hideki is always scrambling to get more girls to Katsu, despite losing all the time.
