Wellsworth Hospital, the only known hospital on Sodor, is situated near St Tibba's Nunnery. It was featured in the annual story, Harold and the Landslide when Harold rescued injured hikers and took them to the hospital. It was also mentioned in the third season episode, All at Sea. It was possibly mentioned in Old Iron, where James' driver recovered from his illness and in Mountain Engines, where the rock climbers recovered from their injuries.
