CC-95/900-3100, also known as Psycho was a clone trooper of the Galactic Republic during the Clone Wars after which joined the Brotherhood of Loyalists and was promoted to commander as well as put in command of the 200th Legion. He wore Phase I armor with yellow streaks, a pauldron and kama.
