The Top Secret Room, also known as Chris Houlihan's Room, is a location from The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past. It is a secret room owned by Chris Houlihan featuring a Telepathic Tile on the upper wall and 45 Blue Rupees (adding up to a total of 225 Rupees) on the floor. If an error condition occurs while loading a screen, the game's programming sends Link to the Top Secret Room. Upon exiting the room, Link is transported to the outside of his uncle's house, even if the secret room was accessed from the Dark World. Although there are multiple ways of accessing the room, one of the most well-known ways involves Link using the Pegasus Boots to dash from the Sanctuary to the secret entrance to Hyrule Castle on its east side.
