The 2008 Sylvania 300 was a Sprint Cup Series event held at New Hampshire Motor Speedway on September 14, 2008. It was the first race of the Chase for the Sprint Cup. Greg Biffle saved his stuff for when it mattered, powering past Jimmie Johnson for his first victory in nearly a year.
