The Alaskan Gulf Rebuilding Program (Russ: Аляскинский Залив Перестраивающая Программа/Alyaskinskij Zaliv Perestraivayushhaya Programma), often abbreviated as AZPP, was the bureaucratic initiative to rebuild the devastated Alaskan coastal cities following the 1964 earthquake.
