Ronald Pepin is a military officer in J Andres. He served as a Sergent in the army during the Grand Mexican War. He was involved in the battles of Syracuse and Albany. Following the war he returned home. In the 2090 elections, he challenged Charles Tunis and was elected governor of Lanier. Pepin ran unsuccessfully for President in the 2096 elections.
