Throh made it's TCG debut in the 1st Black & White expansion in both Japanese & English. Since Black & White is new to the TCG there hasn't been any opportunities for more than a few cards to be released. He is a Basic Pokemon of the Fighting type, with a weakness to Psychic type. Throh's parallell Sawk appeared alongside him in both English expansions so far.
