Jean-Guy Lagace (born February 5, 1945, in L'Abord A Plouffe, Quebec) is a former professional ice hockey defenceman. He played in the National Hockey League with the Pittsburgh Penguins, Buffalo Sabres, and Kansas City Scouts; in addition, he played one season in the World Hockey Association with the Birmingham Bulls. He played for the Montreal Junior Canadiens in 1964-65 and then turned pro with the Muskegon Zephyrs (a Montreal Canadiens' farm team) in 1965-66. The Canadiens were very deep in talent and Lagace could not make the NHL team.
