Holding the rank of Vice Admiral, he was the replacement for Vice Admiral Shalus in the Twelfth Fleet. He commanded Task Force 12.3 and was assigned to attack the Elric System as part of Operation Scylla. His flagship at the time was PNS Timoleon, and Lasrina O'Faolain served as his People's Commissioner. He was killed during the Battle of Elric when Timoleon was destroyed by concentrated Manticoran missile fire. (HH9)
