BPAC is a citizens group whose purpose is to advise Durham's City Council and the Board of County Commissioners on bicycle and pedestrian issues. The commission consists of 15 members with six (6) members appointed by the City Council and six (6) appointed by the Couny Commissioners. The remaining three seats are liaison members to other commissions. Our regular meeting time is 7:00 pm, on the 3rd Tuesday of each month, City Hall Committee Room. The public is always invited.
