DEA agent Luis Mitchell is investigating a case that keeps going cold, prompting Gibbs to call on the NCIS team for help in solving the case once and for all. However, Tony soon discovers that there's more than Gibbs's personal connection and his desire to see Mitchell succeed and as the NCIS team investigate the murder of a Marine Sergeant, they also exchange gossip concerning Gibbs's new look after Gibbs exchanged his traditional and standard military haircut and polo shirt for a modern cut and tailored dress shirt.
