Skeleton Hellhounds appear on the ground floor of Castle Drakan during the River of Blood quest. They are hallucinations of the Skeleton Hellhound that Vanstrom Klause summoned to kill the Myreque during In Search of the Myreque. They are slightly stronger than the original Skeleton Hellhound, and seven of them must be defeated in order to progress. When attacked, they recite phrases from the Vanstrom cutscene in In Search of the Myreque.
