Tibbro was a shrewmaid in the Guosim tribe of Log-a-Log Dandy Clogs. She was one of the survivors of the slaughter of the Guosim by Razzid Wearat. While swimming down the River Moss, away from the Wearat's ship and crew, she became stuck in bankmud. Kite the Slayer found Tibbro and rescued her; the shrewmaid then reported to the Rogue Crew and Long Patrol what had happened to the Guosim. Tibbro was a minor character; nothing else is known about her.
