Drelasa Ramothran is a Dunmer who resides in Pelagiad, Morrowind. She is the publican at the Halfway Tavern, and has positive relations with the Thieves Guild members who frequent the establishment. She sells food and drinks to patrons, as well as renting beds to weary travelers.
