A large lake in the central region of the Toran Republic, Toran Lake is the lifeblood of the nation. The river provides a fast way for citizens of the Scarlet Moon Empire to trade goods, both from within the Republic and internationally. Many villages border the region, living off the fish caught in the lake. The lake provides the fastest means of travel throughout the country. The Toran Lake is considered so important to Toran, in fact, that fortresses were built strictly for its protection.
