Guardian Skeletons are armored skeletons that guard gates and doorways. They carry what appears to be a halberd, and are either standing in front of the doorway, or marching back and forth. When you approach them, they will hop sideways attempting to block your parth. Since they are wearing armor, it's not exactly easy to kill them with regular sword attacks. Only the first few strikes will knock his helmet off. The skeleton will swing his halberd which can be easily dodged by jumping over the halberd. The only way to take him out is to attack the head, using either a(n) overhead strike, or a downward strike. However, if you use a flame bolt, lighting bolt, etc, that can kill the skeleton.
