Sarcasm is what "young" People use to describe the natural way that people live and talk when they are slightly moody or "grumpy". Sarcasm was used by Native Americans when they were voyaging along their "epic" adventure of "intense manhood" and their wives called them on their cell phone, telling them that dinner was ready, so they used sarcasm and said "I don't care. Bleh. Shut up."
