Lieutenant Markelan Korminos was a member of the New Republic Starfighter Operations' Ghost Squadron. He was a resident of Corellia for many years, where he married Elena Korminos in 10 ABY. He disappeared before the birth of his son Jansen Korminos in 11 ABY, when he was shot down over the surface of Dac during the Second Battle of Mon Calamari. Nothing has been heard of him since. He is currently listed as missing-in-action.
