The Synapse Rule was a device creating by the Angels in order to grant their wishes. Yet over time they got bored of living among wealth, and riches and decided that dying was a better alternataive. They grew jealous of the humans who crawl along the ground and had less than they did. Tamaki had used this device to reset the world.
