Gerold Santagar was born to Maron Santagar and Valena Dalt in 348AC. Born the second son, he was not given as much attention as his elder brother, Olyvar, unfortunately Olyvar died of Pneumonia, having lived for two years. This unfortunate event made Gerold the heir to Spottswood, not that the one year old Gerold noticed much of it. As Gerold grew older he turned out to be Martially Adapt or gifted with arms. Being the only child of the Santagar family, Gerold focused more on his duties and his training, always listening to his father and doing his duty first.
