Rob Moran (born 1963) is an American film and television actor. He played the role of a bartender in Dumb and Dumber and a shemale hostess in Shallow Hal. He starred in the American teen drama South of Nowhere where he portrayed the head of Carlin Family. In 1998, he played the role of a detective in the film There's Something About Mary along with Richard Tyson. He had a guest appearance as Harold on TV show episode of Men of a Certain Age on TNT network channel. The episode was called "The New Guy". He also appeared in episode of the TV show Cold Case in the episode called "Lover's Lane".
