The Prime Minister of the Talbott Quadrant was the highest government official of the Talbott Quadrant of the Star Empire of Manticore, reigning in the name of the monarch. The office was created after the formalization of the Quadrant, and first held by Joachim Alquezar. He was equal in rank to the Prime Minister of the Star Kingdom of Manticore. (SI2)
