An important trade route between the Dunan Republic and the Toran Republic, the Dunan River begins south of Toran and runs throughout Toran Lake before feeing into Dunan Lake. Despite its use as a trade route, however, it remains hard to cross at points, such as the Dunan Rapids, where the current is too fast and too strong to allow the passage of most boats.
