Fair Flory was mistress of the orange girls and flower sellers, meaning prostitutes, in Port Caynn in the third century of the Human Era. Flory was one of the few who didn't keept their mouth shut about the false coins being passed around, but openly brought the subject up and adressed it. While Beka was trying to find Pearl after she escaped in a raid of the Court of the Rouge Fair Flory and her friends helped Beka find her. She also belonged to the Court of the Rogue and eventually succeeded Pearl Skinner as Rogue in late September of 247 HE. She only appears in Bloodhound.
