After Presidential candidate Barak Obama made Change his "tag" in his presidential campaign and he even received the NobelPrice of Peace in the hope for his "Change", WhereIsOurChange is used as a sign of disappointment that many problems of the Bush administration still are there, like limitations of liberties, prosecution of whistleblowers (prominently wikileaks and incarcerated Bradley Manning (freebrad) stepped up since the Bush administration contrary to Obama's promises before, human rights and judiciary violations in special jails, and wars.
