This challenge is completed by using the telescope in Sandman's Overlook, an area that is reachable after Sandman and Big Sleep are defeated. The telescope is on top of a wooden ledge that overlooks the sulphur hot springs. Using the telescope costs 5 dollars. The challenge will be rewarded upon exiting the telescope view.
